Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Gujarat
Work Arrangement: Remote
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for growth of sales and profitability of existing sales & new customer developments and will be responsible for west Region.
Candidate will also be responsible for mining out market information, through regular customer interactions, educating customers about specific product lines and closing business and maintaining such accounts.
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
Develop information by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
Maintain proficiency in updating, tracking and submitting reports to Industry Manager.
Adept at maintaining and updating customer data and feedback on a real time basis in Microsoft Dynamics software and has the ability to discuss commercial matters if need be.
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
Should be willing to travel to meet customer for new projects, building relationship, understand needs and solve queries. Travel will be limited and need based.
Skills
Candidate with B.sc with Chemistry or bachelor’s degree in Pharma
Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant sales experience to Pharma.
Ability to understand new products / applications relevant to these industries and able to effectively communicate about the same so as to handle commercial business and sales.
Bringing in established contacts with R & D and Purchase team in pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
Strong communication skills, organized player with strong ethics.
