Sales Service Associate

Northbridge Financial Corporation is looking for a Sales Service Associate to support their sales teams within an assigned territory. The role involves reviewing policies with clients, providing counsel, and ensuring timely service related to coverages and renewals. Responsibilities Reviews policy/coverages with insureds to ensure they have a full understanding of their policies Provides counsel to clients and documents on areas where coverage deficiencies exist Responsible for the delivery of assigned client Renewals, as assigned Handles all service work related to coverages, additions, deletions, renewals, adjustments and modifications in a timely and efficient manner Works closely with our Underwriting department to make sure all necessary renewal documents are completed and received Strives to retain clients at a rate acceptable to the Company Supports sales representatives in the delivery of Federated Risk Services material and services as assigned and prescribed by the company Supports the sales staff in the creation/development of a plan to address substandard business, striving to achieve an acceptable loss ratio in the territory Provides sales support as assigned and can be involved in some prospecting and presenting of new business opportunities Maintains well-documented files in good order Internal and external correspondence is handled professionally and promptly Skills Previous sales/customer service experience or experience in an equivalent position dealing with interpersonal relationships Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience Excellent comprehension and oral communication skills Demonstrated organizational ability Strong interpersonal skills Working knowledge and ability to navigate computers and relevant software and programs Benefits Employee share purchase plan Pension plans RRSP Discounts on staff insurance Flexible health benefits Early leave days Wellness programs Rewards Recognition programs Education assistance Internal mobility Mentoring programs Donation matching Team volunteer days Company Overview Northbridge Financial Corporation provides commercial and property insurance services.
