• *READ ENTIRE JOB DESCRIPTION** • *About Us** My Business: Horton Retreats a short-term rental management company that helps property owners maximize income and reduce stress through professional co-hosting. We manage listings, pricing, guest communication, and overall property success. • *What You’ll Be Doing** As our SDR, you will focus on finding and securing new co-hosting clients. This includes searching Airbnb, Upwork, and other places for potential property owners. Compiling leads into a shared spreadsheet, sending outreach messages, vetting prospects, and helping close deals. You’ll also provide a short daily report of your progress. • *Requirements:** - Excellent written and speaking English (clear and friendly communication) - Fast response time (guests expect replies within an hour) - Organized and detail-oriented - Previous sales experience • *Hours & Pay** - 5–10 hours per week to start (room to grow with performance) - Flexible schedule, but must be responsive during U.S. daytime/evening hours - Pay: $4–6/hr depending on experience (with potential for bonuses as we grow) • *How to Apply** Send me a short message with: 1.
