Sales Representative/Appointment Setter
Job Summary
Refresh My Ride Auto Detailing is seeking a motivated Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This role focuses on answering inbound calls and messages, booking jobs into our scheduling system, and ensuring customers have a smooth and professional experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them choose the right detailing package and assisting with scheduling. We offer a base pay of $300 per week plus 8% commission on booked revenue, giving you the chance to earn more as you help the business grow.
Key Duties
• Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
• Book appointments into the scheduling system with accurate customer details
• Communicate clearly with clients about available packages, pricing, and service details
• Handle common objections (price, timing, spouse approval, etc.) confidently and respectfully
• Promote higher-value services such as full packages and ceramic coatings when appropriate
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders to customers
• Track bookings, revenue, and performance for weekly reporting
Experience & Qualifications
• Previous sales, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and responding to customer questions
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable phone and internet access (if remote)
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $400.00 - $700.00 per week
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
