Sales Representative — Virtual Tours & LiDAR Documentation (Commission Only)

About Virtual View
Virtual View specializes in 3D virtual tours, LiDAR scanning, real estate photography, floor plans, and drone services. We help local, customer-facing businesses — such as salons, restaurants, fitness studios, boutiques, showrooms, medical offices, retail stores, and more — stand out online by showcasing their spaces with high-impact, interactive digital experiences.
We are expanding and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help bring our virtual tour solutions to storefront businesses throughout the area.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Prospect and reach out to local businesses who can benefit from virtual tours
• Conduct short in-person or virtual walkthrough demos
• Explain how virtual tours improve customer experience, online engagement, and brand credibility
• Follow up on warm leads and convert them into clients
• Build ongoing relationships with recurring customers
• Track leads and closed deals in a simple CRM
• Work independently and set your own schedule
Ideal Candidate:
• Confident, friendly, and naturally good with people
• Comfortable walking into businesses or messaging local owners
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence
• Motivated by commission-based earnings
• Interested in marketing, technology, photography, or digital media
• Self-driven and able to manage your own daily workflow
Compensation (Commission-Only — No Earnings Cap)
We offer a competitive, early-stage-friendly compensation package that’s attractive to sales reps while keeping things sustainable as we grow.
Base Commission (Sq. Ft.–Based)
• 25% — up to 2,500 sq. ft.
• 20% — 2,501–5,000 sq. ft.
• 15% — 5,001–10,000 sq. ft.
• 10% — over 10,000 sq. ft.
Returning Client Bonus
• +10% commission on any returning client you personally bring in
Monthly Volume Bonuses
Earn additional cash when you hit these monthly targets:
• $150 bonus at 5 completed tours in a month
• $350 bonus at 10 completed tours
• $600 bonus at 15 completed tours
Add-On Upsell Bonuses
Earn extra income by selling the most popular add-ons:
• +$20 — Drone add-on
• +$20 — Photography add-on
• +$15 — Floor plan add-on
• +$30 — Premium retouching/twilight edits
• +$50 — Multi-location business upgrade
Payment Structure
• Paid after client payment clears
• No limits on your earnings
• Typical sales range from $250 to $1,200+ per project
