Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor recreation, coupled with a strong sales background and excellent interpersonal skills. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, showcasing our products, and closing sales to meet targeted goals.
Responsibilities
Manage an existing book of business while actively prospecting and generating leads through various channels
Conduct product presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our product lines and services.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate playground solutions to meet their requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products and services.
Requirements
Proven high-volume sales experience
Project management/Installation/Construction experience a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
