Job Title: Sales/Telemarketing Position (Base Salary + Commission) - B2B Sales
Job Description: We are hiring a Telemarketing Caller for a B2B sales role. Candidates must be fluent in English with minimal or no accent. This is a remote position working from home between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles, CA), which corresponds to 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM in the Philippines.
Compensation:
ā¢ Base salary + commission
ā¢ Pay: Php 225.00 - Php 335.00 per hour + 1,950 Php commission per contract.
ā¢ Supplemental pay: Anniversary bonus, commission pay
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Make outbound calls to businesses to establish partnerships.
ā¢ Professionally and personably engage with potential partners.
ā¢ Draft, edit, and send contracts daily.
ā¢ Research and gather leads using provided tools.
ā¢ Investigate potential partners before formalizing business agreements.
ā¢ Maintain accurate records and follow up on assigned tasks.
Requirements:
ā¢ Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
ā¢ Previous experience in B2B sales (1 year preferred).
ā¢ Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST without interruptions (no power outages, internet issues, or background noise).
ā¢ Detail-oriented and goal-driven with a personable, professional attitude.
ā¢ Proficient with computers, typing at least 50 WPM.
ā¢ Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel.
ā¢ Comfortable with calling and emailing in professional English.
ā¢ Self-motivated and eager to build a long-term career.
Equipment Requirements:
ā¢ Computer with keyboard, mouse, and second monitor.
ā¢ Noise-canceling headphones.
ā¢ Reliable internet connection.
