About the Role As a Sales Representative with Prime Brands & Procana, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Working from your home office, you will be responsible for making contact with buyers at various stores, including pharmacies, doctors' offices, health and vitamin stores, yoga studios, and chiropractors. Your primary objective will be to establish relationships, provide product samples, and follow up on sales leads to secure orders. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential customers, including pharmacies, doctors, health and vitamin stores, yoga studios, and chiropractors, to introduce our products and services. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. Sample Requests and Follow-up: Request product samples for potential customers and follow up on these requests to secure sales and drive revenue growth. Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships. Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer interactions, and market feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales strategies. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in phone sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a sales environment. Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone. Mental Attitude: A positive and proactive mental attitude, with a strong work ethic and resilience in the face of challenges. Home Office Setup: A dedicated home office space with a desk, computer, high-speed internet connection, and a headset with a microphone (Windows operating system required; Chromebooks are not compatible). Preferred Qualifications: Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the nutraceutical or health supplement industry, with an understanding of relevant products and market trends. Sales Software: Experience with sales software and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to our systems and processes.
