Solicit automotive-related products across various car lines to convert leads into long-term clients

Document all account activities and maintain knowledge of local markets and product developments
Prepare yearly budgets for assigned accounts, including new customer development plans
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
Extensive knowledge of automotive parts, with import knowledge being a plus
Strong telemarketing or customer service skills related to new account solicitation
Proficiency in using technology tools for customer management, including CRM systems
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Completion of a college course of study preferred
Bilingual skills preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
