With a consultant mindset, you’ll work to diagnose customer needs and help solve real-world safety and regulatory challenges. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities Independently prospect, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities Conduct discovery calls and provide solution overviews and/or demos Close new business to meet and exceed individual monthly sales quotas Build and manage a strong pipeline in CRM Follow up consistently to move prospects through the entire sales process Represent a broad portfolio of SaaS tools, training, and compliance services What You Bring 1+ year of sales experience Motivated and goal driven Clear communication and confidence working over the phone High aptitude and coachability, to learn systems and solutions quickly High school diploma required, bachelor’s preferred Compensation & Schedule $60,000–$70,000 estimated first‑year earnings (hourly base + monthly incentives) Consistent Monday–Friday schedule | 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST Work remote (home office) or in‑office (Neenah, WI) Benefits Medical, dental, vision 401(k) with company match Quarterly & annual profit sharing PTO + holidays Tuition reimbursement Career development programs If you’re looking for a consistent work schedule, and getting rewarded and paid based on your performance, come sell with us.
