Responsibilities β’ Handle high-volume inbound calls from potential customers. β’ Gather and record customer information and service preferences. β’ Build rapport to understand customer needs and recommend solutions. β’ Promote additional services and special offers. β’ Maintain accurate and organized customer records. β’ Collaborate with team members to achieve shared sales goals. Qualifications β’ High school diploma or equivalent; college education a plus. β’ 1β2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred. β’ Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required. β’ Bilingual Spanish/English a plus. β’ Strong phone and communication skills. β’ Ability to quickly learn and match customer needs to appropriate solutions. β’ Availability to work between 7 AM and 8 PM, MondayβFriday. β’ High-speed internet connection required for remote work. β’ Must be located in Houston, TX.
