Sales Representative for Hospitality Job Platform

OysterLink is the newest and fastest growing restaurant & hospitality job site. The site just launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically. Our goal is to generate millions of monthly visitors organically within two years' time. We are seeking a forward-facing Sales Representative with excellent English communication and organizational skills to: • Manage the full sales cycle: Find new leads, present OysterLink’s solutions, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships. • Build partnerships: Work with agencies, restaurants, franchises and hospitality brands to expand OysterLink’s reach and revenue. • Collaborate and improve: Team up with colleagues, share feedback, and ensure clients have a great experience. Required Skills: • 3+ years of experience in business development and outbound sales • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and growing a client base. • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal), with excellent grammar. • Proactive, analytical, and tech-savvy with a growth mindset. • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM and prospecting tools • Must be able to work 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST OysterLink offers very affordable advertising and promotional packages – the best value in the industry. Responsibilities: • Identify restaurants, hotels and other hospitality venues to target • Generate leads and maintain pipeline • Effectively pitch our value proposition and convert leads into long term partnerships • Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports to executive team The ideal candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely & quality output through collaboration with other team members.
