Role Overview
We are looking for motivated Commission-Based Sales Representatives to help us expand into new markets (US, UK, EU, India). The role involves connecting with fashion brands, designers, studios, and manufacturers, pitching our unique material, and driving sales of yardage and swatch cards.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential B2B clients (designers, studios, manufacturers, retailers).
• Present and promote Bioleather products, highlighting their unique sustainability and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and generate new leads consistently.
• Report progress and market insights to the management team.
Compensation
• 100% commission-based (no fixed salary).
• Attractive commission rates on every confirmed sale.
• Unlimited earning potential – the more you sell, the more you earn.
Requirements
• Prior sales experience (preferably in textiles, fashion, materials, or sustainability).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Existing network in fashion, design, or manufacturing is a big plus.
• Comfortable with remote/field outreach and digital communication tools (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Zoom).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From ₹11,113.84 per month
