What You’ll Do
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Act as a Skin Confidence Consultant—listen, understand, and recommend tailored solutions
• Deliver personalized, consultative sales pitches
• Handle objections and confidently close deals
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Compensation & Earning Potential
• Base Salary: $700 – $900 USD/month (based on experience)
• Commission: Uncapped 5% on total monthly net sales
• Top Performers: Earn $4,000 – $5,000 USD/month
✅ What We’re Looking For
• 1–3+ years of outbound sales or telemarketing experience
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
• Skilled in objection handling and closing
• High attention to detail and CRM proficiency
• Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented

✨ Knowledge of clean ingredients and skincare routines
✨ High emotional intelligence for sensitive customer conversations
Work Setup
