Independent Sales Representative – Soil Amendment (Add-On to Fertilizer Sales)

Location: Remote / Field-Based (U.S. – must have active territory and clients)
Overview
Organic Distributors, Inc. is seeking experienced independent sales reps already selling fertilizer, soil inputs, or ag products to add a high-margin soil amendment line to their portfolio.
This is a true add-on sale—designed to increase revenue per existing customer without changing your current product mix.
What You’ll Sell
Advanced soil amendment systems that:
• Improve water retention (ideal for sandy / low-CEC soils)
• Increase root development and plant performance
• Enhance fertilizer efficiency and reduce nutrient loss
Easy to bundle with existing fertilizer programs.
Who This Is For
• Reps currently selling:
• Fertilizer
• Soil amendments
• Crop inputs
• Turf / landscape products
• Established book of business (growers, ranches, golf courses, turf managers)
• Already calling on accounts and looking to increase revenue per stop
Responsibilities
• Introduce product into your existing accounts
• Bundle with fertilizer and input programs
• Identify high-value soil conditions (sandy, low organic matter, water stress)
• Coordinate small trials or test applications
• Close and repeat sales
Required Knowledge
• Soil basics: CEC, texture, organic matter
• Fertility programs and nutrient movement
• Irrigation / water management
• Crop systems or turfgrass
Compensation
• Commission only (high margin product)
• Uncapped earnings
• Paid per sale / volume
• Designed to increase your income without additional overhead
