Sales Representative
First Hill Trust Company is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to launch their outbound sales function in Retirement Plan Services. This role focuses on identifying and converting new business opportunities through cold outreach and introducing plan sponsors to their bundled retirement plan services.ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate leads and build a strong pipelineQualify prospects and lead discovery conversations with HR, finance, and executive decision-makersCollaborate with internal advisors and operations to scope and propose plan solutionsTrack pipeline and maintain CRM discipline for accurate forecastingMeet and exceed monthly revenue and activity goalsSkills1 to 3 years of B2B or financial services sales experienceComfortable cold-calling and initiating conversations with decision-makersHigh energy, coachable, and persistent with strong communication skillsProficiency with CRMs and standard productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)Desire to grow into a senior sales or account management roleRetirement industry experience is a plusBenefitsHealth, dental, vision coverage401(k) with employer matchPaid time offHybrid flexibilityCompany OverviewFirst Hill Trust Company provides benefit plan administration and retirement plan services.
