Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
Present and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software.
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of sales experience (B2B or B2C).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SaaS, retail, finance, or tech sales.
Knowledge of lead generation and prospecting strategies.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
