Job Details We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products to pharmacies, educating healthcare professionals (HCPs), and taking direct orders, while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent our company effectively at various professional venues, including congresses. Responsibilities: Pharmacy Visits: Conduct regular visits to pharmacies, promoting products from the annual or quarterly promotional grid. Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy staff and HCPs. Product Promotion and Education: Educate HCPs on product benefits, usage, and features to ensure informed purchasing decisions. Provide information on promotional strategies and product updates. Order Management: Take direct orders from pharmacies, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory and fulfill orders efficiently. Sales Goals: Achieve daily visit targets and sales goals as outlined by the direct supervisor in quarterly plans. Track and report sales activities and outcomes regularly. Representation at Events: Attend congresses and professional venues to represent the company and promote products. Network with industry professionals to enhance brand visibility and foster business relationships. Compliance: Adhere to all ethical and legal requirements governing sales practices in the country. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times. . Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and healthcare practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Minimum skills required : Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
