We are looking to add several Sales Referral Agents to our growing team!
Position Summary: The primary objective of this position is to identify prospective candidates seeking employment and match them with job orders that fit their skills, education & qualifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Achieve monthly individual production goals
2. Identity individuals seeking employment
3. Match candidate skills & education to job openings
4. Explain/Sell the features and benefits of the available job opening(s).
5. Submit candidate for review & consideration
6. Submit required reporting information within a timely manner
Qualifications:
1. Great communication skills
2. Effective sales skills
3. Ability to become knowledgeable in industry
4. Drive & willingness to succeed
5. Ability to manage own database of eligible & available candidates
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Computer Skills: Must be proficient in use of the internet, web-based applications and Microsoft Office suite of products.
**This is a remote 1099 contract position
**Flexible hours/location
