This position will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborate closely to achieve the company’s hiring goals. If you're passionate about connecting talented individuals with exciting opportunities in a dynamic FinTech environment, we invite you to apply and be a key contributor to our dynamic team.Please note, this is an ONSITE position based in Downtown Orlando, FL.Office hours will be Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 PM EST.Responsibilities:Conduct full cycle recruitment for various positions within the organizationUtilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry eventsScreen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fitManage the interview process, coordinate schedules, and provide feedback to candidatesExtend and negotiate job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycleWork closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to contribute to recruitment process improvements and implement best practicesAssist in managing recruitment projects to support the company's growth initiativesRequirements:Must have 3-5 years of proven hands on experience in fast paced recruitment preferably in Automotive Finance, Sales or FinTechProven track record of successfully engaging passive talent via job boards and social media such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Lever experience is preferred, however not required. Looking for someone with go-getter mind set and self drivenStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with hiring managers and candidatesFamiliarity with current recruitment trends, tools, and technologiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Compensation Bonus structure depending on experience and performance.
