Sales Professional | Closers
Overview
RealPropPro is expanding, and we’re looking for two experienced closers who thrive in a performance driven environment and knows how to move the needle.
This is your chance to join a growing, respected name in real estate investing training and SaaS platform.
Strong close rate required. If you're a pro at turning interest into enrollment, we want to talk to you.
Compensation.
This is a straight commission position on large ticket items. Our premium subscriptions are $10,000 and $30,000 with commission at 10% to 30% respectfully. We also have lower tier subscriptions that pay a lower commission amount. You can build passive income with us. We offer in house financing which you can collect future payments on subscribers payments. And no commission caps!
Responsibilities
• Proven experience closing high-ticket products or services, ideally in real estate, finance, coaching, or SaaS.
• Deep understanding of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) in sales: rapport building, objection handling, anchoring, and language patterns.
• Commanding spoken and written English, you know how to lead a sales conversation with clarity and confidence.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• High EQ with the ability to read people and adjust your close accordingly.
• Tech-savvy and organized, you can work CRM pipelines and follow up like clockwork.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely, you don't need to be micromanaged.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Taking inbound and warm leads from FB Forms; webinar follow-ups, live events, and other various marketing campaigns.
• Cold leads (real estate agents) are also available for colding calling and outreach.
• Conducting discovery calls and sales presentations via Zoom or Google.
• Maintaining your pipeline in GHL.
• Guiding prospects into our RealPropPro programs and subscription products.
• Maintaining follow-up sequences and consistent pipeline movement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Collaborating with the team to refine pitch angles, scripts, and NLP strategy
