The Role
The Easter Agency sells a $3,000/month SEO retainer on month-to-month terms. No annual contracts. Average client tenure exceeds two years because the product earns retention rather than requiring it.
The founding operator owns the full sales motion — closing the first clients, building and managing the rep team, and earning a 20-25% revenue share on the entire client book. Not just the deals you personally close. This is company-wide net revenue participation.

Compensation
Revenue share: 25% of net agency income during the build phase (clients 1-8), stepping to 20% as the book scales past 15, with a path back to 25% tied to retention and growth metrics.
Client residual: $125/month per active client across the full book. Every client, every month. Compounds indefinitely.
Projected earnings:
• Month 3 (4 clients): ~$3,100/month
• Month 8 (8 clients): ~$6,100/month
• Month 12 (15 clients): ~$9,375/month
• Month 18 (25 clients): ~$15,525/month
Additional: 5-20% on website builds ($2,500-$20,000), consulting ($1,000/day), and custom PPC campaigns.

The Product
A satellite site network built around the client's hub, competitive intelligence driving every work order, keyword-targeted content, systematic backlink acquisition, PPC management where the audit calls for it, and automated monthly reporting. Nothing gets produced that isn't mapped to a specific ranking gap.
Clients pay their first month at signing. Month-to-month. 30 days' notice to cancel.
Qualifications
Prior experience selling digital marketing, SEO, or recurring B2B services. Experience managing or building a sales team. Ability to build your own pipeline and close without day-to-day direction.
