Sales Operations Analyst

Their platform helps freight forwarders and supply chain teams streamline sales, prioritize accounts, and run targeted outreach campaigns â unlocking new revenue with precision and speed.Our client is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to play a dual role: powering internal sales performance and supporting customer success by making data actionable. Youâll help both their team and customers turn scattered logistics and contact data into high-impact sales campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Customer-Facing SupportPartner with onboarding managers to understand each customer's logistics priorities (e.g., routes, commodities, markets)Listen in on onboarding sessions to surface campaign targets and translate them into actionable account + contact listsUse internal and customer data sources to help customers identify the right 100â200+ contacts for specific sales campaigns (e.g., "reefer exports from China")Clean and format data for upload into CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft DynamicsInternal Sales OpsBuild and maintain reports and dashboards on pipeline health, outbound success, and rep performanceManage data enrichment, deduplication, and ingestion processes across sales and customer dataSupport lead scoring, segmentation, and territory/account assignmentWork cross-functionally with product, onboarding, and leadership to identify where data can improve GTM executionWhat We're Looking For:2+ years in sales operations, business operations, or customer-facing analytics, ideally in SaaS or a data-heavy B2B environmentExperience working directly with clients or onboarding teams to translate qualitative goals into quantitative targeting strategiesStrong data handling skills â including:Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, deduping, cleaning)Familiarity with CRM data import/export processesUnderstanding of CRM tools like: HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft DynamicsBonus: exposure to logistics, trade, freight forwarding, or supply chain tech; prior sales experienceYouâll Thrive Here IfâŚYou enjoy making messy data clean â and turning it into business valueYou love the idea of working on both internal sales efficiency and customer-facing challengesYouâre comfortable operating autonomously and uncovering insights just by listening and observingYou want to be part of a nimble team building a high-growth, venture-based, San Fransisco-based SaaS company from the ground upWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and growth opportunitiesRemote work flexibilityA high-trust, fast-moving team culture (ex-Flexport, Rutter API leadership)A chance to shape core revenue infrastructure â and make an impact across dozens of logistics teams globally
