Who you are: As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll use your passion for technology and analysis to assist with sales compensation and the administration of our sales technology stack, supporting the development and optimization of Hometap’s sales initiatives. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you’ll join the growing Sales Operations team which works closely with Sales, Originations, Marketing, Legal, Underwriting, Finance and Product. You’ll support the Homeowner journey, from lead generation to funded investments, with plenty of room to learn, innovate, automate, and experiment in between.
