Sales & Marketing Representative - Upper Manhattan/ Bronx / Queens

Green Revolution is an innovative leader in cannabis wellness, and they are seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Representative to manage and grow their New York City North territory. The role involves driving sales, building relationships, and executing marketing strategies across approximately 80 accounts in Upper Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx. Responsibilities Manage and grow a territory of approximately 80 dispensaries across Upper Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx Drive sell-in through proactive outreach, account management, and relationship building Collaborate with distributor reps to align on shared priorities, territory execution, and account strategy Increase sell-through by monitoring movement, identifying opportunities, and coaching retail staff Open new stores each month while maintaining a consistent monthly visit cadence Act as the primary in-market presence for Green Revolution, building strong face-to-face relationships with buyers, managers, and store staff Use consistent store visits, education, and brand support to ensure accounts are familiar with the brand prior to phone or follow-up sales conversations Create a seamless field-to-phone connection so outreach feels expected, welcomed, and productive rather than cold Identify key decision-makers, buying cadence, and store-specific needs through in-person engagement Strengthen long-term account retention by maintaining visibility, trust, and reliability at the store level Provide budtender education on cannabinoids, brand values, and product differentiation Conduct in-store sessions to increase product knowledge, confidence, and reorder velocity Lead and coordinate vendor days, pop-ups, trainings, and seasonal activations Execute promotional strategies aligned with brand priorities, launches, and campaigns Ensure stores are properly merchandised and that products have strong visibility Deliver weekly insights on sales opportunities, competitive activity, and account health Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to support statewide growth initiatives Maintain accurate CRM records and store visit logs Skills Full-Time availability Ability to manage and grow a territory of approximately 80 dispensaries Proactive outreach and account management skills Strong relationship building skills Experience in increasing sell-through by monitoring movement and identifying opportunities Ability to open new stores each month while maintaining a consistent monthly visit cadence Strong face-to-face relationship building skills with buyers, managers, and store staff Experience in providing education on cannabinoids and product differentiation Ability to conduct in-store sessions to increase product knowledge and reorder velocity Experience in leading and coordinating vendor days, pop-ups, trainings, and seasonal activations Ability to execute promotional strategies aligned with brand priorities Experience in delivering weekly insights on sales opportunities and account health Ability to maintain accurate CRM records and store visit logs Willingness to travel within the designated territory Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in sales and marketing within the cannabis industry Knowledge of cannabinoids and cannabis products Previous experience in field marketing or territory management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM software Benefits Commission structure tied to monthly revenue growth and account performance Mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile outside a one-hour radius of home base Company Overview Green Revolution is a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium legal cannabis products.
