We use technology and data to deliver modern HR support to our clients. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Automation Specialist to help manage outbound marketing campaigns and support our sales team. Position Summary The Sales & Marketing Automation Specialist will execute outbound email and messaging campaigns, optimize marketing workflows, and analyze campaign performance. This role works closely with sales, SEO, and leadership to improve engagement and generate qualified opportunities for our PEO services. Key Responsibilities Build and manage outbound email and messaging campaigns using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Brevo. Develop and test campaign messaging tailored to PEO prospects (business owners, HR managers, CFOs). Use SEO insights and trending topics to improve content relevance and engagement. Track and report campaign performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions). Conduct A/B testing to refine subject lines, messaging, and sequence timing. Segment leads and maintain accurate CRM data in Zendesk. Evaluate marketing automation tools and support improvements to the tech stack. Align campaign strategies with sales goals and outreach priorities. Tools Used Apollo, Brevo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEO Tools, Zendesk CRM, Microsoft 365, Todoist, Process Street Qualifications Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, outbound campaigns, or sales automation. Experience with Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing performance data. Experience running A/B tests and optimizing messaging. Excellent written communication skills for B2B outreach. Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in HR, PEO, staffing, payroll, or B2B services is a plus.
