Sales Manager, OH, KY, TN, FL

The Sales Manager of OH, KY & TN, will be responsible for managing a team of trusted sales advisors within the assigned territories and must live in one of the following territories: Ohio, Kentucky, Florida or Tennessee. Demonstrate the values and culture of VEGA and how we deliver the VEGA Experience to our customers. Develops sales team to be trusted advisors for our internal and external customers. Develops and manages strategy for VEGA market shares growth in territory. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals within established territory. Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with Direct Sales personnel. Prepares periodic sales report showing potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion. Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition. Build territory strategies with each seller to meet the goals of the organization as well as a seller’s individual goals. Accounts are managed in accordance with established company policies and procedures through regular use of the customer relationship management (CRM) system, TopVis. Other duties may be assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carried out in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Manages Direct sellers within assigned territory. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University. OR equivalent combination of education and experience. COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient in the following computer software programs: TopVis, Microsoft Office Products CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Personal credit card with ample credit to cover travel expenses. Valid Driver’s license and driving record which permits the renting of vehicle.
