Sales Manager - North of UK

Introduction
Are you passionate about using your technical expertise to drive product development forward? We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop, grow and manage Glamox business within the North of the UK.
What you'll do
As a Sales Manager, you will be part of our sales force providing lighting solutions to meet client needs, working in collaboration with regional consultants, contractors, end users and internal teams.
This is a key role within our organisation to Glow and Grow our business where you will be involved in lighting design, technical support and commercial engineering, as well as working with our sales support teams to deliver a committed and connected service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities in London, focusing on expanding the Glamox market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with end user, consultant and contractor customers.

Increase Glamox business through specification with consultants to secure new business.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Manage personal accounts and achieve personal sales target.

Collaborate with the wider Glamox organisation to ensure seamless execution of sales opportunities.

Ensure personal opportunity pipelines and activities are accurately maintained and recorded in Glamox CRM system.

Who you are
You will have lighting and controls technical knowledge (to LIA Level 2 or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to motivate and drive a team to achieve targets.Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic market environment.
Experience in solution selling and new business development and use of CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous).
