What are we looking for?
An experience sales person who is motivated towards learning and improving
Someone who is personable and has excellent English that would be well received by land buyers in the United States.
Organized and can help develop a good system for sales.
Has experience in marketing along side of sales to make recommendations on how to gain more customers.
Collaborative in their thinking to improve everyone on the team.
What does a day look like?
Engage with new and old customers via emails, phone, txt to address their questions and put them towards a close.
M-F 10:00 - 11:00 CST - 4:00 - 5:00 Do call backs, emails, text msgs.
Trying to get on the phone with 5 people which requires a mass (70 - 100) reach outs of emails, txts and messenger.
Report back daily your work touches.
Training a mentoring calls to work through problems and grow as a sales person.
Working in software and logging details of reach outs in: follow up boss, gmail, airtable, and slack.

Part time 10 hours per week to start (Typically morning 30 minutes and evening 30 minutes with some intermittent follow ups)
Commission based sales position
Need 100% internet uptime
Must be able to respond within 30 minutes to each inquiry. This is the golden window for sales. Most of our sales happen when the lead reaches out initially.
