You contribute to our team’s sales objectives and drive revenue growth through maintaining and establishing long-term client relationships, identifying and acquiring new business fields and customers and leading along the sales process, from prospecting leads to completing deals.Essential Job Functions:Achieve agreed financial and commercial objectives for the territory and/or market fieldParticipate actively in development and implementation strategic and tactical marketing and sales business plansCreating a smooth interface between customers and overseas production, local and global Supply Chain and Customer Service, support accurate planningDrive new business opportunities and actions for their deliveryUtilizing and actively living Account Management based on SFDCContinuously improving profitability, optimizing cash flowRegularly provide market intelligence, trends and competitive informationProviding outstanding customer care, promote customer focus throughout the whole organizationChannel management of distributors in the regionProvide leadership and direction on EHS and core values promoting a safer at Arxada cultureQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Chemistry or related fieldsBusiness fluent in EnglishMin. 5 years proven experience in Sales and/or New Business Development. Experience working in complex large multinational corporationsStrong sales and business development experience.Good interpersonal skills, effective listening, ability to present key concepts verbally and in written communicationsStrong interpersonal, organizational and management skillsThe expected salary range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000 USD, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
