Sales Manager

We are looking for a sales manager for the distribution of our statistics software AUST with profit sharing. AUST is an intuitive statistics program that enables researchers and companies to perform analyses without programming or in-depth statistical knowledge. The software automatically selects suitable tests and models, generates reproducible results based on R, and runs locally for maximum data security. Die Software wählt passende Tests und Modelle automatisiert, erzeugt reproduzierbare Ergebnisse auf R-Basis und läuft lokal – für maximale Datensicherheit. Aufgaben Outbound and partner acquisition Lead qualification, discovery, value story, and deal strategy Coordination of demos (in-depth technical questions with the founder) Quotation preparation, negotiations, and closing Handoff to the founder for onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support Presence at relevant conferences/associations Outbound- und Partner-Akquise Qualifizierung von Leads, Discovery, Value-Story und Deal-Strategie Koordination von Demos (fachliche Tiefenfragen mit dem Gründer) Angebotserstellung, Verhandlungen und Abschluss Handoff an den Gründer für Onboarding, Implementierung und laufende Betreuung Präsenz auf relevanten Konferenzen/Verbänden Qualifikation Consultative selling, structured pipeline and forecast work Understanding of statistics/research workflows (no coding required) High degree of initiative Consultative Selling, strukturierte Pipeline- und Forecast-Arbeit Verständnis für Statistik-/Research-Workflows (kein Coding erforderlich) Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative Benefits High level of personal responsibility and autonomy: set your own target segments, outreach strategy, and priorities; make your own decisions.
