Responsibilities: POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Enterprise Sales Professional to lead the acquisition and growth of multinational clients in the United States. This role is focused on building and managing complex sales cycles, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering tailored solutions that address global business needs across compliance, data security, and cross-border collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of selling software or IT solutions to large enterprises, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment. enabling seamless collaboration with global teams and clients. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and solution positioning to negotiation and deal closure, while working closely with internal product, marketing, and delivery teams to drive customer success and long-term partnerships. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Strategic Account Development: Proactively identify, develop, and secure new multinational corporate clients in the United States, establishing a robust client relationship network. Deeply understand the specific needs of foreign enterprises in areas such as compliance, data security, and global collaboration. Full-Cycle Sales Management: Lead the complete sales cycle, encompassing lead generation, requirement analysis, solution design, value proposition, business negotiation, and contract closure. Effectively manage the sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates, fostering long-term strategic partnerships. Market Insight and Collaboration: Continuously monitor IT market trends for multinational corporations, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and delivery teams to communicate market feedback and requirements. Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of software sales experience targeting large multinational corporations. Prior Microsoft sell-to experience Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), with the ability to interact fluently with domestic and international teams as well as senior client executives. Strong capabilities in business negotiation, proposal writing, and public speaking. Proven track record of successful sales performance and the ability to achieve significant sales targets.
