This role will have the opportunity to be paired with different Territory Sales Managers to learn, grow, and build relationships. A successful Sales Representative will: Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers, this requires being knowledgeable about the product. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsAnalyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reportsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsContinuously improve through feedbackIdentify prospective customers, lead generation and conversionContact new and existing customers to discuss needsEmphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problemsNegotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreementsMaintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationshipsAbility to travel 30-50% of the time.QualificationsBasic Qualifications3+ years of proven work experience as a sales representativeExcellent knowledge of MS Office SuiteFamiliarity with BRM and CRM software and practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationshipsHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in salesExcellent selling, communication and negotiation skillsPrioritizing, time management and organizational skillsAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needsRelationship management skills and openness to feedback
