Onward Search is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Lead to join our client's team and help them scale their business and expand their market reach. This position is an individual contributor position, with the hopes that this will turn into a supervisory/managerial role with the success/growth of the firm. Job Description:

Our client is are seeking an experienced Sales Lead with a proven track record in driving revenue growth within small start-ups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans that align with their business objectives, while cultivating relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine and adapt strategies.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the internal design leads to ensure alignment between sales efforts and company goals. Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to inform product development.
• Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including pricing strategies, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Lead or similar role, preferably in small start-ups or design agencies.
• Demonstrated success in growing revenues and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Experience in the product design or creative industry is a plus.
