Role and Responsibilities:
As a Store Associate, you will be a key part of our in-store operations, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience for customers. You will handle sales, manage merchandise, and maintain a secure environment.
• Handle all sales transactions while operating an assigned cash register.
• Maintain the security of all cash and protect all company assets.
• Provide a high level of excellent customer service.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and cooperative attitude with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Work in a safe manner, adhering to and upholding all policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:
• General math skills to accurately handle cash accounting.
• Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
• High level of integrity and honesty, particularly given the responsibility for handling cash.
