We're seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Sales Executive to help expand our presence across the country. This is an opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building trust, and developing long-term partnerships while driving new business growth. This role will require travel (20-30%) to trade conferences and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
Build relationships with key decision-makers through networking, outreach, referrals, and industry engagement
Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs and business objectives
Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close
Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting information within CRM systems

Requirements
3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing experience
A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable initiating conversations and creating opportunities
Strong communication and listening skills with a consultative approach
Self-starter mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals
Ability to manage a territory and stay organized in a remote environment
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related field is helpful, but not required
