Sales Executive - Tobacco SALES experience

Inside Sales Representative – Tobacco/Cannabis Industry (Cold Calling Required) Position Type: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Pay: Base salary + Commission DO NOT APPLY unless you have direct sales experience working with tobacco or cannabis-related brands. This is a sales role focused on cold calling and B2B business development, not a dispensary or retail position. What You’ll Do We’re hiring a sales-driven, phone-confident professional who thrives on closing deals, generating new business, and building relationships with buyers in the smoking accessories, cannabis, and tobacco space. You will be expected to: • Make high-volume cold calls to targeted prospects daily • Drive new business development and achieve monthly revenue goals • Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients across North America • Represent BRH brands with deep product knowledge and professionalism • Log all sales activities in CRM (calls, emails, meetings, deal tracking) • Stay on top of market trends and client needs in the cannabis/tobacco space • Negotiate contracts and close deals independently Requirements – Please Read Carefully ✅ Must have direct sales experience in the tobacco or cannabis industry ✅ Must be comfortable cold calling every day ✅ Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience ✅ Experience using a CRM system to track leads and deals ✅ Excellent phone communication and follow-up skills ✅ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized ✅ Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment ✅ Some travel may be required for trade shows or client visits Perks & Compensation • Competitive base salary + commission • Health benefits and PTO • Work with innovative, nationally recognized brands • Fun, collaborative, and fast-paced office culture To Apply: Only applicants with relevant industry sales experience will be contacted.
