Description

National sales role selling workers’ compensation solutions to carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers. Uncapped commission and significant new business opportunity! This is a growth Sales role. Our company delivers specialized workers’ compensation solutions that help carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers improve outcomes and control claim costs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and closing new business.

We’re looking for a SALES HUNTER.

Work specifics: Full-time exempt position, regular travel required within USA.

Your Focus
• Develop new relationships with carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers
• Build and manage a national sales pipeline
• Lead consultative discussions around workers’ compensation outcomes and cost containment
• Close new business opportunities
• Partner internally to ensure strong client results

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a selling role in managed care and/or workers compensation industry
• In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as sales psychology and buying techniques
• Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong software knowledge, particularly MS Office Suite

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to sit most of the day. Candidates must be able to use a keyboard most of the day. Candidate must have manual dexterity. Candidate must be able to speak on the telephone intermittently throughout the day. Candidate must be able to read and write English fluently. Candidate must be able to provide and confirm safe home office environment. Home office must be HIPAA compliant.
