Sales Executive (Junior) | Commercial, Market Research
Savanta is a data, market research and advisory company seeking a junior sales person to join their Client Development team. This role involves supporting new business generation and revenue growth by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate pipeline visibility in a collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channelsResearch and map prospects across target industriesQualify inbound leads and book discovery meetingsSupport the proposal and credential process, including feasibility and pricing inputsMaintain accurate CRM records using tools such as Salesforce or OutreachStay up to date on industry trends and Savanta’s solutions and capabilitiesPartner with Marketing on lead generation campaigns and feedback loopsPrepare and update sales and marketing support materialsSupport content creation and client engagement initiativesCapture and document customer interactions, meeting outcomes, and account updates in CRMSupport account planning and lead generation activityAssist with sales documentation including credentials, case studies, proposals, pitch decks, costing, and contractsCollaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership on cross‑functional projectsSkillsA minimum of one years' experience in a B2B sales or lead generation rolesPassion for building a career in sales, commercial strategy, or client developmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyConfidence communicating via email, phone, and virtual meetingsComfortable working with CRM systems and sales technologyStrong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality outputAbility to effectively prioritize stakeholder and internal requests simultaneouslyProficiency with MS Office Suite with ability to quickly grasp commercial softwareFamiliarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM toolsExperience working in a fast‑paced or high‑performance team environmentInterest in or understanding of the breadth of market research techniquesBenefitsGenerous PTO allowanceFlexible working practicesOngoing Learning & DevelopmentHealth packageRetirement planTeam & Company SocialsCommittees for Health & Well Being, Charities & Volunteering and DE&ICompany OverviewSavanta is the intelligence business that helps companies to make better decisions.
