Job requirementsThe Sales Executive at Aptia has a broad understanding of the employee benefits technology and services space. This individual excels at generating leads, building relationships and closing deals. These professionals engage with leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations to employ a consultative and strategic approach to uncover and leverage opportunities that align with the business processes of their clients by applying the specialized knowledge and approach of Aptia. Acting as trusted advisors, Enterprise AEs ensure that every client engagement is met with unparalleled precision and dedication, leading to significant success and satisfaction while fostering long-term partnerships.What you will be doing:Convert leads into opportunities, and subsequently into customers, by utilizing the Aptia sales process, sales/customer acumen, and the sales support resources at their disposalBe strategic in gaining access to and fostering relationships with prospect leadership and producers across the organizations of accountsStrategize, create, and deliver compelling solution-focused client presentations for a C-level audienceSeamlessly coordinate between clients and various internal teams to ensure a productive and smooth client experienceConsistently achieve or exceed monthly bookings goalsLearn, maintain, and communicate in-depth knowledge of Aptia’s solutions, industry trends, and competitionSuccessfully manage and overcome obstacles and objectionsProvide closed-loop feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure continuous process and product optimizationProactively manage your sales pipeline and record sales activities to maintain the quality and accuracy of data in CRMWhat we are looking for:Minimum of 5+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience within the Benefits Administration spaceDemonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively apply knowledge of technical products, services, and solutionsProven track record in consultative sales with Brokers, Consultants, and EmployersExceptional relationship-building skills with both mid-level and C-suite executives, with the ability to build consensus within the buying teamStrong presentation, collaboration, and communication skills, combined with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a results-driven, positive attitudeHow to applyIf you are interested in this role, then we’d love to hear from you.
