As our new Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing our global network of recruitment partners, ensuring student enrollment targets are met while building lasting, strategic relationships.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow a global portfolio of recruitment agencies
Source and sign new agents in strategic international markets
Conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications
Travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships
Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates
Track activities, leads, and commissions using Zoho CRM
Participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute ideas, and hit KPIs
Provide occasional student counseling when required
Attend team meetings online and in person (e.g., Makati or other hubs)
What We’re Looking For
You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, enjoys talking to people, and loves the challenge of turning conversations into results.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum of 3 year of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-informed decision making
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
Bonus Points For:
Experience in international education or working with student recruitment agents
Knowledge of visa processes and student mobility trends
Experience working in multicultural, global environments
Additional language skills
Fully remote, flexible work setup
What We Offer
Salary range: PHP 25,000 – 30,000 (depending on experience)
Performance-based and monthly bonuses
