Key Responsibilities
Sales & Conversion: Respond to and follow up on inbound leads from the website, email, and social media. Convert inquiries into paid enrolments for Micro courses.Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain an active sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.Performance & KPI Management: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Track conversion rates and maintain strict follow-up discipline.Marketing Support: Assist with social media campaigns and lead generation initiatives, providing customer insights to refine conversion strategies.Systems & Tools: Manage all lead interactions in the CRM (HubSpot or similar), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Leverage digital and AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Sales Mindset: Confident in closing deals, with a natural hunger to sell.Driven & Ambitious: Young, energetic, and highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets.Disciplined: Excellent follow-up skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline consistently.Resilient: Persistent and able to handle rejection professionally.Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Experience & Skills:
Sales experience is preferred, but attitude and drive are the most important factors.Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Basic understanding of digital and social media channels.Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) is a plus.
