My transformative relationship program is growing and I’m seeking an ambitious, experienced AND empathic salespeople who want to join my team to make a great living and have a positive impact as well.
This position is not for everyone. You must have prior experience with high-ticket phone sales, and you must have been successful at it (and enjoy it)
• You must be willing to provide references.
• You must be METHODICAL - if you don't like routine, and you don't like details, this is NOT the position for you. You will be doing the SAME THING every day. Each call presents its own challenges, but you must be comfortable sticking to the structure and syntax of the proven method I use.
• You must LOVE helping people and talking to people.
• You must be COACHABLE. If you are set in your ways and don’t know how to receive feedback, this is not a position for you.
• You must have sky-high INTEGRITY. That means being able to say NO when someone is not a good fit for my program, even if this means you are losing possible commission. Doing the right thing for my business and my clients HAS TO be MORE important to you than making a sale.
• You must be looking for a LONG-term commitment, working with and for me. If you are trying to fill your time in between gigs, or while building your own business, DO NOT apply!
