Sales Engineer
Summary:Bedrock Security, winner of the RSA 2024 Top 10 and recipient of seed funding led by Greylock Partners, is hiring a sales engineer to support our enterprise field team in the Eastern US in closing high-value ($250K+ ACV) B2B/SaaS deals in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare). This role is pre-sales focused, supporting multiple reps and prospects with technical depth, demo precision, and security/compliance expertise — no federal or SLED at this time.We seek a passionate, customer-centric technologist who thrives in high-growth environments and can translate deep technical understanding into compelling customer conversations. A strong background in cloud-native security and AI-first products is a plus.Key Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect supporting B2B SaaS or cybersecurity productsExperience with regulated enterprise buyers and navigating security/compliance/governance requirementsProficient in running demos, shepherding POCs, and managing technical evaluationsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with field sales and product teamsStrongly preferred: Startup experience, history of success as an early technical hireBonus: Experience supporting AI-first security or compliance products
