Sales Engineer

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Operate in the role of Sales Engineer in line with company strategies, managing sales and business development activities;Strengthen and consolidate the commercial network in the assigned area;Provide support in the development of special projects at a national level, in collaboration with various company departments;Work closely with the Italian commercial team and occasionally with colleagues at the headquarters in Germany;Be responsible for preparing commercial offers for clients and compiling reports and monitoring activities through the company’s CRM system.Qualifications:Residence in one of the following areas: MARCHE/ROMAGNA (FC, RA, RN);In possession of a valid driving license (B category);Previous experience in the sale of technical products (3–4 years);Educational background: preferably a technical diploma or degree (e.g. engineering, mechanics, chemistry, materials science, etc.);Knowledge of the English language (preferably at B1 level);Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally abroad;Strong motivation, sales-oriented mindset, team spirit, and a long-term vision;Communication skills for managing customer relationships, passion and curiosity for the required technical skills, and strong negotiation ability.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
