For more information, visit Nooks.ai.Sales Enablement ManagerSan Francisco Bay Area (preferred), remote acceptedAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our fast-growing team and help scale the way we enable and support our customer-facing teams at Nooks. You’ll take on a range of strategic and executional enablement initiatives, from onboarding and everboarding to product and systems training, as we expand our offerings and grow our team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is passionate about building programs from the ground up, and wants to make a tangible impact on revenue-generating teams.You’ll report to the Head of Enablement & AI Prospector GTM, who will guide prioritization, decision-making, and provide input on execution, while you exercise high autonomy designing and delivering on enablement programs across the business, with an emphasis on the Account Executives team.What You'll DoExpand on onboarding and everboarding (i.e. product, tech stack, and process enablement)Drive enablement for international number dialing, product education, and sales/CS process alignmentStand up and maintain our CMS: manage content structure, migration, governance, and change managementCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver timely enablement for product and process updates, among other GTM initiativesLead special and strategic projects as the need arises; we move fast, and sometimes priorities shift around mid-quarter. This role is best-suited to someone who can organize through ambiguity and would enjoy this variety in ideation, building, iterating, execution, and facilitation - this is not an order-taking/execution-only role!Continuously assess enablement program effectiveness through feedback, adoption metrics, and performance dataWhat We're Looking For3-5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales OperationsStrong track record of building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable impactExcellent instructional design and project management skillsExperience working with AEs, SDRs, CS, and Sales Managers in high-growth SaaS environmentsFamiliarity with tools like Gong, Hubspot, Notion, SEPs like Outreach, CMS platformsAbility to translate complex ideas into digestible, engaging training experiencesCreative, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for actionNice to HaveExperience in sales enablement at a Series A/B startup (or similar environment of >2x’ing revenue and headcount annually)Experience supporting sales of AI or sales engagement technologiesBackground in ID/LXDHands-on experience in a customer-facing role like Sales or CSThis Role Is Based In:San Francisco Bay Area (preferred).
