Sales Enablement Engineer – TypeScript / Python
Wander is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the travel industry, and we're looking for a Sales Enablement Engineer to join our engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to help automate and optimize our sales process, focusing on efficiently onboarding homes onto the Wander platform. 2+ years of professional development experience, preferably in a sales enablement or CRM-related role
Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their applications in sales
Strong understanding of API integrations and data management
Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation
Ability to design and implement solutions based on sales team needs
Write readable, documented, and well-tested code
Provide detailed reviews of pull requests from other developers on the team
Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
Passion for building and optimizing systems
Interested in long-term employment and career growth at a high-growth, tight-knit company
Comfortable working in an async environment
Responsibilities:1. Automate and optimize the sales process for onboarding homes to the Wander platform2. Maintain and enhance our Hubspot CRM system3. Integrate and manage RingCentral with our existing systems4. Implement and integrate AI sales tools such as clay.com, sybill.ai, and similar5. Develop custom integrations and AI automations using TypeScript or Python6. Create and maintain utilities for the sales team within our software ecosystem7. Design and build data dashboards for sales performance tracking and analysis8. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions9. Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance sales enablement effortsTech Stack:Our core platform and API are fully written in TypeScript, with our data platform being written in Python. While this role focuses on sales enablement, you'll be working within our existing ecosystem. Our Core API is provided over REST and interfaces with a PostgreSQL database via Prisma.
