Minimum Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center sales management role, with a specific focus on cold calling and B2B sales within the US market.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing global sales teams, specifically those located in the Philippines and Mexico.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Demonstrated history of successful sales optimization.
• Proven ability to effectively grow and manage large teams.
• Must possess a comprehensive understanding of budget management and proficiency in handling Profit and Loss statements (P&Ls).
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team with a focus on call center operations.
• Drive B2B sales initiatives within the US market, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
• Oversee global sales teams, specifically those located in the Philippines and Mexico.
• Optimize sales strategies and processes to maximize efficiency and results.
• Effectively grow and manage large teams, fostering a culture of success and collaboration.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey strategies and goals.
• Budget management and proficiency in handling Profit and Loss statements (P&Ls).
