We’re specifically looking for candidates based in Mumbai who can bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a proven track record in inside sales.
What You’ll Do:
• Make 50+ cold calls per day to engage and qualify potential leads
• Drive outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
• Maintain a strong pipeline with timely follow-ups and nurturing
• Conduct virtual meetings and schedule product demos
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success for seamless handover
• Keep CRM (Apollo I.O., HubSpot) updated with accurate data
• Stay updated with US market trends and competitor landscape
Must-Have Skills:
• 5 years of inside sales / SDR experience
• Strong cold calling & lead generation skills in the US market
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills
• Hands-on with CRM tools like Apollo I.O., HubSpot
• Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization
Good to Have:
• Experience in B2B SaaS / IT services sales
• Understanding of US business culture
• Familiarity with sales automation tools and email sequencing platforms
