Overview

CRM Online is a leading specialist in the implementation of CRM, connecting systems and data analytics. We're looking to drive growth in the Perth and Australian market with the right sales development representative focused on growing our data business. We are seeking a driven, intelligent person who is passionate about helping our customers get more value out of their data.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform outbound sales campaigns
Perform regular meetings with potential customers and existing customer to ensure customer satisfaction and to discover new potential requirements
Do product demonstrations to potential customers with confidence
Qualify prospects through identification of business needs and opportunity for sales
Identify clearly clients’ needs and requirements and apply product knowledge to meet these requirements
Application of product knowledge to drive prospect buy-in
Negotiate contracts and packages that fit the customer’s needs

Skills and Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree (business, marketing or computer science are preferred)
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With a proven track record in B2B sales
Self- motivated and target-driven
Articulate and confident presentation skills/sales pitch and a professional telephone manner.
Strong analytical skills to easily evaluate client’s needs and make recommendations.
Ability to promote and sell services/products thru marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques.
Shows high level of competency through technical understanding
Persuasive, and influential written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail Oriented
Ability to handle complex situations with a positive attitude and professionalism.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
